// answers

Before we talk

Do we need AWS experience to work with you?

No. Most clients arrive with a product problem, not an infrastructure preference. We explain the trade-offs in plain terms and leave you with documentation your own team can act on.

How do engagements start?

A free 30-minute discovery call, then a written spec with deliverables, sequence, price and explicit non-goals. Nothing is built before you approve that document.

Can you work with our existing codebase?

Yes, and most of the work is exactly that. We start with an audit week so the first change we ship is informed rather than confident.

How does pricing work?

Fixed price per deliverable when scope is clear, monthly retainer when it is ongoing. Both are quoted in the spec, and neither bills for discovery.

What happens after handover?

Docs, a runbook and a walkthrough with your team, then 30 days of fixes included. Longer support is a retainer, never an assumption.
